April 10 - 15, 2023 - Eagle Eye News

We pray you had a wonderful Easter Weekend celebrating our risen Lord! Enjoy one more day off from school Monday, 4/10, while our staff prep and plan during in-service. Find all the upcoming details in the Eagle Eye and the following important highlights.

Senior Spotlight – McKenna Phifer

McKenna has been a student at DCS since the 3rd grade. She says it will be weird to move on to new adventures without having the familiarity of her classmates and the DCS community. McKenna will be going to Corban University where she will be majoring in Pre-Med and possibly Communications.  From there she will either go on to medical school or pursue a master's in public health. This year, God has given McKenna a lot of clarity about her next steps, and she has learned to trust in Him and His plan for her life. “Even when things don’t go as expected, He has a plan and it’s way better than mine!”
