This Thursday evening come enjoy the fall fun of our annual Pumpkin Smash, then head to the gym for an exciting volleyball game against league rivals NCCS (#4 OSAA Rank)! Check out all the details on this flyer.
Our fall sports have only a few weeks remaining of regular season games. Here is a quick recap...
- Our soccer program has been in a rebuilding year with roster changes and a new High School coach. While the wins/losses aren't reflecting this program's growth yet, we are excited and blessed to have a strong coaching team between Steve Vinson (JH) and Sonimi Halliday (HS) and look forward to reaching new heights for soccer.
- Our volleyball program is bigger and better than ever! With 2-elementary, 1-JH, 1-JV and 1-Varsity team, the gym is constantly hopping. Our elementary A team has remained undefeated so far this season, while our elementary B team has worked hard on their skills and development and continues to improve each week. Our JH team has only 2 loses and is aiming for their league playoffs. Our Varsity Volleyball team remains undefeated with a 25-0 record, are ranked #1 in the State and working hard to clench the State title!
Operation Christmas Child: This year elementary classes are partnering with their secondary buddy classes. Secondary will bring in funds for shipping, and the elementary classes are welcome to bring in new toys, school supplies or hygiene items. (No liquids, gels, foods, or war related items, please). Please bring items on October 18th, 19th, and 20th to bless kids around the world. Questions? Contact maria.billings@damascuscc.org
